How to Create a HAR File
When troubleshooting issues, it might be necessary to create a HAR (HTTP Archive) file for further analysis and working with Cisco TAC.
To create a HAR file, follow the instructions on this page -

For Chrome, do the following:
Before navigating to the page in question, select the options or Menu button in your browser
Select More tools | Developer Tools
Select Network across the top
Check the box for Preserve log
Ensure the record button is red (if red, it is recording - if grey, it is not recording)
Now, proceed to replicate the issue in question, such as logging in or accessing a specific page or site
Click on the Export HAR icon shown above.
Save the file and send to support or TAC as needed.
