Acqueon Setup

Acqueon is a Cisco OEM partner who implements campaign management. Here are some configuration requirements for Acqueon setup:

• Campaign Outdial Entry Point

• Campaign Outdial Queue

• Campaign Desktop Layout

• Test Team

• Test Agent User (customer needs to create)

• Test Desktop Profile

Acqueon will run the project, and need the partner to create/add these items into the tenant.
