Agent Training Videos

When accessing the Webex Contact Center Agent Desktop, you can choose from several sign-in options based on how you handle calls.

Choose the appropriate option above to be directed to the corresponding training videos.

Extension

Use this option if you want to connect with a Direct Inward Dial (DID) or internal extension number and use the Webex App as your calling device.

The Webex App can be registered in one of two ways:
β€’ Webex Calling (Cloud) – Use this if your number is cloud-based.

β€’ Webex UCM (On-Prem) – Use this if your device is registered through a local UCM system.

Desktop

Select this option if you want to use your browser as the audio device. With this setup, you don’t need to assign extension numbers to agents. The browser itself handles the audio connection.
